Resolution Process

1. Report the Issue

Contact us immediately with detailed information about your concern. Include dates, documentation, and any relevant communication.

2. Investigation

We review all available information, contact relevant parties, and assess the situation objectively based on our policies and applicable laws.

3. Resolution

We work toward fair resolution, which may include mediation, account actions, or referral to appropriate authorities when necessary.

4. Appeal

If you disagree with our decision, you may request a review with additional documentation.
